Herzchirurgische Eingriffe umfassen vor allem Operationen bei Erkrankungen der Herzkranzgefäße (Bypass Chirurgie) und bei Erkrankungen der Herzklappen sowie Ausweitungen (Aneurysmen) der Hauptschlagader.
Zusätzlich zu diesem Standard – Spektrum besteht spezielle Erfahrung mit:
Minimal-invasivem Ersatz bzw. Reparatur von Herzklappen über einen kleinen Hautschnitt (1, 2)
Vermeidung von mechanischen Prothesen bei jungen Patienten (Ross OP, dezellularisierter Homograft) (3-5) (Live-Case)
Klappenimplantation bzw. Ersatz ohne offene Operation (Punktion über die Leiste) (Live-Case)
